Exhibition Info

An exhibition takes place as part of Denkmäler3.de. System developers, device manufacturers and service providers in the fields of optical 3D measurement technology and geographic information as well as research and excavation companies are asked to present themselves and their products.

Following companies and institutions take part in the exhibition (in order of registration):

The payment of the registration fee is made on account. Transaction is carried out by Bochum University of Applied Sciences. The invoice is usually sent via e-mail.

Achievement:
free participation for one person / person manning the booth (performance package as normal participants)
Provision of electricity, chairs, tables, bar tables, movable wall after consultation with the organizer

The state allocations are done in order of registration. Space is limited!
The notification must be in writing using this form (PDF). The registration is binding.
In case of cancellation until 2013-09-30 we will refund the booth fee minus a handling fee of 50 EUR. This also becomes due if the service fee has not been paid. Cancellations must be made in writing or by fax. After 2013-09-30 the full amount is due upon cancellation.
The construction will take place on 2013-10-16 at 9:00 clock and must be completed to 13:00 clock. Exceptions to this rule only after consultation with the organizer.
